The SPCA Shelter in Ampang Jaya receives too many puppies and kittens who cannot survive the shelter system. SPCA's No Kill vision can come through with your help! Rescue the litte ones by fostering them - temporarily giving them a home until they are strong and healthy enough to be put up for adoption.
