The SPCA Selangor’s Pet Adoptathon is back again!! In conjunction with
World Animal Day on Oct 4, an adoption programme themed No More Homeless Pets
is being held from Oct 4-Dec 31 to rehome more than 500 animals there.
Contrary to popular belief, adult dogs and cats make excellent pets too. They
offer so much in the way of companionship, so it is a pity they are often overlooked.
It is also sad
that people have misconceptions about the animals that are left in the SPCA.
...or a cat, give the older animals a chance
to win your heart too.
Animals end up here for various reasons; it could be that the owner has no more
time for it, he may be moving to a smaller home or out of the country, he has
passed away, he has developed an allergy towards the animal etc.
So if you are considering adding a new member to your family, give the older animals a chance to win your heart.
