At the end of May, the SPCA Inspectorate together with Dr Lynette and volunteer Pearly conducted another neutering session! 4 females and 1 male were successfully sterilized, with community leader Mr Loo providing the necessary facilities and assistance.

Though we are only able to work on a smaller scale over the last one year, we hope to continue our neutering campaigns in Pulau Ketam in the long-term to reduce the breeding population of dogs. To date, more than 90 pet and stray dogs have been neutered.

If you are a vet and would like to volunteer your services for our next campaign, kindly drop us a line at inspectorate@spca.org.my or enquiries@spca.org.my !
