SPCA’s Pet Care Programme (PCP)
The PCP educates and informs our volunteers about the work that we do, as well as the correct way to handle and care for our animals.
The PCP is a one-off, hands-on educational session on responsible pet care as well as the tasks and duties which volunteers assist with.
Every Saturdays and Sundays from 9am–1pm
Interested candidates will need to sign up prior to attending these sessions as volunteering is solely by appointment.
Visiting the SPCA Centre
A visit will involve a guided tour of the centre, and a talk and/or interview with the SPCA officer. These visits are suitable for student projects or assignments, and minimal guided interaction with the animals will be available during the visit.

Edu Talk
Our workshop covers the topics of responsible pet care and ownership, dog-bite prevention, animal handling, and the importance of spaying and neutering.
This programme caters to larger groups and leans towards a presentation-and-discussion format.
